Shipping policy

I endeavour to pack orders daily and will always stay within the promised two day maximum (two working days) for wrapping and delivery. 

I do offer a next day service for an extra charge. For items which require a process this would need to be checked beforehand dependant on stock levels as to consider the environment I do print and embroider and frame to order to save on materials and process materials. Please always message me beforehand if this is the case. 

I do wherever possible use recycled materials or materials which are biodegradable. I do offer a gift-wrap option for an extra charge also and to respond to a request to send to a third party for instance.
